Leveraging the expertise of pharmaceutical regulatory science professionals at CPRS and the specialized knowledge and experiences from the degree programs offered by the Institute of Chinese Medical Sciences (ICMS), CPRS in well-equipped to offer high-level technical and regulatory training courses and workshops to the local community and the Greater Bay Area. These initiatives aim to enrich the talent pool in regulatory science and promote regulatory convergence within the Greater Bay Area.
Research
Support regulatory decision-making and innovation
CPRS will conduct systematic research on the policies, legislation, and regulations of pharmaceutical products to support key focus areas and address challenges in the regulatory decision-making process. Additionally, CPRS will support the development of new tools, standards, and methods for regulatory decision-making and the advancement of the discipline of regulatory science.
Knowledge Exchange
Facilitate advanced scientific research transformation and interaction
By organizing a series of academic conferences, seminars, symposiums, workshops, and forums, CPRS aims to provide a platform that fosters interaction and communication among industry, academia, research institutions, and government bodies. This platform will facilitate the transformation of advanced scientific research and the exchange of knowledge on the latest regulatory and policy updates in the healthcare sector.
Consultancy
Support innovation to meet regulatory needs
CPRS supports the registration work of the Pharmaceutical Administration Bureau of the Macau SAR Government and serves as a recognized technical evaluation agency for Traditional Chinese Medicine products and medical devices. Additionally, CPRS will undertake research projects in regulatory science commissioned by the government and industry to promote the translation of research and the development of the industry.
