The Core of Regulatory Science is about leveraging the advancement of science in the optimization of regulatory decision-making to create a synergy much more substantial than just recognizing the science in pharmaceutical regulation.
The unmet needs in human health, the innovations in drug development, the unique characteristics of Chinese medicines, the complexities of novel cell and gene therapy, and other advanced therapy medicinal products constantly create new scientific questions to drug regulation warranting a proactive approach to alleviate the regulatory burden.
By developing the discipline of regulatory science, we take the bridging between regulatory science and scientific regulation the cornerstone of the Center.
